**Job Title: HR
**Job Summary:**
End to end recruitment process
We are seeking a talented and experienced HR to join our team. The HR will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates to fill various positions within the organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
**Responsibilities:**
1. **Candidate Sourcing:** Utilize various sourcing methods to attract candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
2. **Resume Screening:** Review resumes and applications to determine candidate qualifications and suitability for open positions.
3. **Interviewing:** Conduct initial phone screenings and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and fit with company culture.
4. **Candidate Assessment:** Administer assessments and tests, if required, to evaluate candidate skills and competencies.
5. **Reference Checks:** Conduct reference checks on potential candidates to verify employment history, qualifications, and suitability for the position.
6. **Offer Negotiation:** Work closely with hiring managers to extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment with selected candidates.
7. **Onboarding:** Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and training.
8. **Recruitment Metrics:** Track recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate satisfaction, to evaluate the effectiveness of recruiting strategies.
9. **Compliance:** Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations governing the recruitment and hiring process.
10. **Employer Branding:** Promote the organization as an employer of choice through recruitment marketing initiatives and employer branding efforts.
**Requirements:**
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
3. Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including candidate sourcing, screening, and selection techniques.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
6. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
7. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
8. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
9. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
10. Professional certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
