Our nurse led clinical service uses the latest innovations in technology. Our care management system offers our customers, their families and loved one’s complete transparency around the quality of care that is being received.

What we do
Acenteum Nursing provides person centred Nurse-led care, for adults and children living in their own homes with complex physical disabilities and life limiting conditions. Our expertise and person- centred approach ensures that we maximise each person’s potential, whilst supporting them to get the most enjoyment out of every day.
How we do it
Our service is completely nurse led, ensuring that our teams of professional healthcare workers are completely supported. All aspects of your care and support are managed and overseen by our team of highly qualified and profession nurse managers, meaning that our business is truly nurse led in every sense. Our operations team support our nurses on a day-to-day basis, enabling our expert nurses to focus on what matters the most – our clients and our people! This higher level of clinical support and nurse visibility in the field, naturally drives up all quality standards and the achievement of required outcomes for all individual clients.
